To use gobloiify services you must be a natural person or entity capable under applicable law of entering into binding agreements, and must comply with these terms and all applicable local regulations.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into contracts with gobloiify. By using the services you confirm that you meet the age requirement and have authority to act on behalf of any organization you represent.

Services must be used for lawful purposes only. Prohibited uses include submitting fraudulent information, facilitating unlawful activity, or using our resources to infringe third-party rights.

gobloiify operates from Thailand and may limit or refuse service where local law or export controls restrict activities or the provision of legal advice to certain jurisdictions.

When you create an account with gobloiify, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain it current. Account data helps us deliver tailored legal services efficiently.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information submitted to gobloiify is accurate. We are not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify gobloiify immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access so we can take action to protect your account.

Accounts and any rights under these terms are personal and may not be transferred or assigned without prior written consent from gobloiify.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We will assist with containment and remediation steps but are not liable for losses arising from delayed notification.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts for suspected misuse, breaches of these terms, or legal reasons. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute conduct or security concerns.

gobloiify provides legal services and consultancy tailored to entrepreneurs and small businesses, including company formation, contract drafting, compliance advice, and dispute support. Specific services are described in engagement letters or service agreements provided to clients.

We may modify, add, or remove features or services. Changes will be communicated through gobloiify.info or directly when material. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

We strive to make services available consistently but do not promise uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and reasonable downtime may occur; we attempt to minimize disruption and provide notice where feasible.

Users must follow conduct rules to ensure a safe and productive environment for all clients and staff. Unacceptable behavior may lead to limitation or termination of services.

• Provide truthful, non-misleading information when communicating with gobloiify.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Refrain from harassment, threats, or abusive language toward staff or other users.
• Do not use our services to create or promote fraudulent or illegal schemes.
• Respect intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services.
• Follow any additional rules provided in specific service agreements or engagement letters.

Content you provide to gobloiify as part of service delivery — documents, business information, or communications — is referred to as User Content. You remain responsible for User Content you submit.

You retain ownership of intellectual property rights in your pre-existing materials or documents you submit. By submitting materials, you confirm you have necessary rights to share them with gobloiify.

You grant gobloiify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process User Content as necessary to deliver services, communicate internally, and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of User Content. gobloiify may refuse to process content that appears unlawful, harmful, or that violates third-party rights.

Requests to remove User Content should be directed to [email protected]. Removal requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with our retention policy and legal obligations.

All intellectual property rights in gobloiify's brand, website design, templates, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of gobloiify unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive only the rights expressly granted in their service agreements.

• Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute gobloiify proprietary materials without permission.
• Use any templates or materials provided only for your internal business purposes unless a broader license is granted.
• Report suspected IP infringement to [email protected] with sufficient details for assessment.

Certain professional services and premium consultations are charged fees as set out in engagement letters or service descriptions. Payment terms and scope will be agreed prior to commencement.

Pricing is provided in quotes, engagement letters, or on invoices. Fees reflect the complexity, time, and expertise required. Any estimates are indicative and subject to final scope and actual work performed.

Payments are accepted by methods specified in invoices. Fees are due by the dates stated on invoices. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services until obligations are met.

If a subscription model applies to ongoing services, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be detailed in the subscription agreement provided at signup.

Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case based on the service agreement and the extent of work delivered. Refund policies are specified in the engagement letter or invoice terms.

Clients may cancel services as permitted by the engagement terms. Cancellation may not relieve client of payment obligations for work already performed or committed expenses.

Applicable taxes, levies, or duties will be charged in accordance with Thai tax law. Clients are responsible for any tax consequences arising from service fees.

We may update service pricing over time. Existing agreements will govern current rates unless both parties agree to modify terms in writing.

Non-payment may lead to interest charges, collection actions, referral to third-party collectors, and suspension or termination of services until accounts are brought current.

Information provided by gobloiify on the website is for general informational purposes and does not replace tailored legal advice for your specific circumstances. Engagement for professional legal services is required for advice on case-specific matters.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, gobloiify's liability for direct damages arising from its services is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. This limitation does not seek to exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.

gobloiify may rely on third-party providers for certain services (cloud hosting, payment processors, translation, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions but will select providers with appropriate controls and contractual protections.

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms set out in the engagement letter. gobloiify may also suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal reasons.

On termination, outstanding fees and expenses remain payable. gobloiify will take reasonable steps to transfer necessary files to the client but may retain copies as required for professional records or legal compliance.

gobloiify processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available at gobloiify.info/privacy. By using our services you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described in that policy.

We may send notices and communications by email, postal mail, or through the website. It is your responsibility to ensure contact details are accurate. Notices relating to legal matters will follow the methods described in the relevant engagement documents.

We may update these Terms of Service. Significant changes will be communicated via gobloiify.info and, where commercially reasonable, directly to affected clients. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts for disputes that fall within such jurisdiction.

Parties should first seek to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration as agreed in the engagement letter, or to courts in Thailand if required by law.
